WARRANTY

DESIGNER GLASS AND SHOWER offers a lifetime warranty to the purchaser of any new shower door or any new shower door part manufactured by DESIGNER GLASS AND SHOWER that the product or part shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. DESIGNER GLASS AND SHOWER agrees to repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear from usage, loss, alteration, accident, misuse or abuse, or lack of reasonable car in either the installation or use of the products or parts.

No responsibility is assumed by DESIGNER GLASS AND SHOWER for any special, incidental or consequential damages. If there is any defect in material or workmanship, DESIGNER GLASS & SHOWER’S limited liability is solely responsible to replacement of material stated. DESIGNER GLASS & SHOWER reserves the right to decide if the defective part or product is to be replaced or repaired. Any and all claims for replacement and/or rework must be approved by DESIGNER GLASS & SHOWER. Labor rates will be credited at a rate approved by DESIGNER GLASS & SHOWER.

It is expressly agreed that this warranty is the exclusive and only warranty made by DESIGNER GLASS AND SHOWER and is in lieu of all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
